- Rights and obligations of the parties
6.1. A User has the right to:
6.1.1. Decide freely about provision of his/her personal data that is necessary for using the European hair research society meeting 2022 website and give consent to its processing.

6.1.3. A User has the right to get from the Administration the information regarding processing of his/her personal data, if such a right is not limited in accordance with the federal laws. Provide keeping the confidential information secret, not to disclose it without preliminary written User’s permission and also not to perform sale, exchange, publishing or disclosure by any other possible means of the transmitted User’s personal data, with the exception of p. 5.2 and 5.3 of the current Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautionary measures for protection of a User’s personal data confidentiality according to the procedures normally used for protection of such kind of information in the existing business rules.
6.2.4. Perform blocking of the personal data related to the corresponding User, from the moment of application or request by the User or by his legal representative or by the authorized body on rights protection of the personal data subjects for a testing period, in case of detection of unreliable personal data and unlawful actions.
- Responsibility of the parties
7.1. The Administration that hasn’t performed its duties has responsibility for the loss suffered by a User in connection with unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the Russian Federation legislation with exception of the cases provided for in p. 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of the current Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of the Confidential information, the Administration doesn’t have any responsibility if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Has become public before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was obtained from the third party before the moment of its receipt by the Administration of the Resource.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.
7.3. A User has a full responsibility for compliance with the requirements of the Russian Federation legislation including the laws on advertisement, on author’s and related rights protection, on security of trademarks and service marks but not limited with the things listed above, including full responsibility for the contents and shape of the materials.
7.4. A User admits that responsibility for any information ( including but not limited: files with data, texts, etc) to which he/she can have access as to a part of the European hair research society meeting 2022 website, is held by a person that provided such information.
7.5. - Additional conditions
9.1. The Administration has the right to make modifications in the current Privacy Policy without a User’s consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on European hair research society meeting 2022 website, if something different is not provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
